Quite Amused-eum

The anticipation is killing us

Today Karina took me to the Children's Museum with my 2 new friends, Lilly and Michael. Aren't we strapping in our strollers?

Ellie phone home

Times are tough right now so I made sure to check all the phonebooths for loose change. Reminds me of a joke... Why did the Jews wander in the desert for 40 years? Because somebody dropped a quarter.

That pot reminds me of Zayde. Get it? Stew!

I really enjoyed the cooking exhibit where I learned to reach up and touch the stove. Can't wait to show Mommy and Daddy this trick.

Did someone call an exterminator, I mean, extinguisher?

Fortunately the fireman exhibit was next so I could learn how to extinguish the flames from the stove.

Now I know why she's called Car-ina

Next Karina taught me to drive with no hands. It was wheelie fun.

Can't wait 'til I'm old enough to play the real whack-a-mole!

I couldn't really figure out this version of Simon Says. I'm used to the Spanish version.

Mirror mirror on the wall... who's the only one in front of you?

Can you believe it? They had my favorite picture!!

This board ain't big enough for 3 queens!

Somehow I found time to work in a game of chess. I didn't win but it was my first time -- what do you expect from a rook-ie?

This toy was a bit dicey

Worked on my craps game a bit. Hoping to break the 4 hour 18 minute record just set in Atlantic City. Isn't that amazing. Wouldn't you just die?!?

Reminds me of the United terminal at O'Hare

I didn't quite make it thru this tunnel of lights. I guess you could say the opportunity passed Ellie. Get it... pastel-y? OK, I'm trying too hard right now.

They carted me at the door

The museum did have one exhibit that was familiar to me... the supermarket. Mommy and Daddy take me to Jewel almost every week and you've already seen how I can work the shopping cart so it should come as no surprise that this one was my favorite. Not sure why we didn't just come to this area first... I wish they'd put the cart in front of the horse.
